家好月圆Malam Pesta Tang Lung USM 2008

虽然在槟城里第一次渡过了孤单的中秋节。。。
不过USM Petas 和华文协会一起联办了这个中秋月。。。 想让每个不在家乡的游子也有机会享受家好月圆的感觉。。。

在礼堂的外头挂了满满的灯笼。。。

大家都被这一盏一盏的灯火照亮了思乡的心。。。

接着是一系列的文化表演。。。。

在表演结束过后，主办单位还精心地为各位观众们准备了小灯笼，并且带领大家提灯笼绕校一圈，让大家回味一下小时候提灯笼的感觉。。。

当我们拿到了灯笼，大家都兴奋起来了。。。。我的灯笼是黄色的。。。虽然只是小小的一个，不过却让在场的每一位，像小孩一样，开心的要命啊~~~

提着小小的灯笼，大家就开始在礼堂外拍起照来了。。。

好在当天的月亮也还是圆圆的。。。呵呵~

待大家拍够了照片后，我们才发现：带领大家绕校的早就走远了。。。当时也很晚了，所以大家也就高高兴兴地提着灯笼回去宿舍了。。。。

家好的确月就会圆。。。

虽然今年的中秋不能有家人及好朋友的陪伴。。。不过我却也认识了一群能够互相照顾彼此的好朋友。。。

过一个异乡中秋。。。

月亮圆，月亮圆，月亮照在我心中。。。。

Pusat Pengajian Sains Matematik

很美吧？

这是我每天都要去上讲义的地方。。。。

其实这个是和电脑科学一起用的pusat pengajian.

如果没记错，应该有七层楼高吧。。。

我们数学科学只到二楼吧了，楼上的全是电脑科学的电脑室。。。。

这个地方很有特色，颜色是灰灰的。。。

而且还算很新的。。。

未来的三年我都要在这里渡过。。。

所以啊，要加油，要努力哦~

一个人等月圆

昨天傍晚时，宿舍又停电了。。。
Yesterday, my hostel no eletricity again....


我一个人坐在越来越暗的房间里。。。
Sitting alone in my room, darker and darker....


大家都回乡过中秋了。。。
All my friends went back their hometown already...
for sure, to celebrate mid-antumn festival...


只剩下我一个人。。。
and i'm alone...


突然，觉得自己好寂寞。。。
and i felt the loneliless, at that moment....


感伤，好感伤。。。
sad, i felt so sad....


后来才知道，我是那么的想着家的。。。
only then i know, i 'm so missing my home....

Life Furniture??

Yesterday, during our LSP300 class, that is English Language class, our teacher, Madam Rovena started the class as usual....

She asked some questions and want us gave our own opinions. However, we did not give any reply or response to her.

Then, she stopped her lessons. She said,'Why you all keep quite? Do you all know that, i can only remember those who speak out and give their opinions in the class. For those are never speak out, to me, you are only a part of the furniture, you are just coming in and sitting down and warming up the furniture.... After the class finish, you stand up and leave the class. So, don't be a life furniture ok?'

At that time, i only remember that whole class laughed and laughed non-stop. It sounds funny, but , it is ironically... What she had said is a truth... We are undergraduates, why we all only know to bow our head when the teacher asks the questions?

This is really a problem that our country is facing now and also in the future... Some actions should be taken to overcome this problem.... The education system in our country is "spoon-feed' system... Students are trained to learn anything given by the teacher or listed in the textbooks. We study only for preparing the exams and we never learn extra things out from the textbooks. We only copy the notes given by the teachers and accept every words said by them. We don't know to think, and we never use our brain to think! So, it is very tough to a student to give his own opinion because he never learn to think!

So...what we can do as a student to not become a part of the furniture in the class?

That is learn to think and learn to speak!!

As a maths student, i' m taking WUS 101 that is Teras Keusahawan in this semester.
Undoubtedly, we have a lots of assignments to do...
Expo jualan, profail ushawan and business plan too...
And, the only way for us to hand in our assignments is through the e-learning website because we have to email or post our assignments to the lecturer.

But....
We need to register first before we sign in to the website...
And...
We need the personally user name and password first before we register...
And also...
We have to BUY the pin code first before we can have our own user name and password...
And lastly...
The pin code is now available and worth RM6.00 each !!!!

i don't know how much...
How much money will that lecturer earn....

Each student RM6 , and the total number of students who are taking WUS101 this semester for sure is more than one thousand...
Imagine, how much money will he earn just only in a half year..

but, what can we say?
we only can say nothing and buy that pin code as early as we can...
We had to queue up under the sun to wait our turns to but the pin code...
And i spent about half an hour to get this pin code...

Funny, really funny..

So...
There is the life i live...
USM life....

ok, me, 1st year student , taking course mathematics modelling, come from johor.... i dunno how many times i had said that as a introduction to my friends during my orientation and installation... Sounds very funny and also boring, but actually i need to confess that i really don't know how to make friends.... i'm a quite girl i know...

i can smile,

i can laugh,

i can angry,

i can sad...

but what an only thing i can't do is....

how to speak out my mind...

ya, right..

i'm a person who don't know to speak out my mind...

what i think and what i actually wan to say, i , always, just simply keep it in my heart...

i know this is the worst way to enjoy the life...

so, i will learn it...

learn to speak...

and,
enjoy my life...
